Interview with NYSAIS: Why and How of School Transformation

Thanks, New York Association of Independent Schools, for conducting and posting this interview with me in May. I think it summarizes the current state of K-12 transformation: both the “why” and the “how”, particularly how we are Moving the Rock. These are the discussions that school leadership teams, in both public and private schools either are or should be having.
