Another View of Strategic Design in Schools

Strategic design is the term I have coined for an inclusive, transparent, imaginative, and transformative process that builds real capacity for innovation and change in schools. Have another glance, this time at The Bolles School in Florida. Sure, the video is a bit of a sales pitch for the school, but imagine this kind of exciting, proactive explosion of creative thinking in your school community!  At Bolles we will be following up with a three day summer institute and a process of intentional training and design to continue along an arc of innovation that creates the conditions for a school to say “this is what makes us powerful, relevant, and essential to our families.”
